    Victory Outreach Ontario is a diverse family orientated Holy Ghost filled, Bible Illustrating, & Soul winning church dedicated to helping hurting people to find liberty and freedom through Jesus Christ and the Cross .

     We have a passion that is committed to fighting the devastating effects of drug, alcohol, substance abuse and other life controlling addictions. We also have a "Free Christian Rehabilitation Home" for men  that is focused on helping the whole person to be a productive member of society.

Our fundamental belief is in God’s love and in the transforming power of His love for hurting people from all walks of life.

We believe in the church’s mission to reach the lost as mandated by Christ in what is known as the Great Commission found in the Gospels.  Jesus commands his disciples “… go and make disciples of all nations” and “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” (Mt 28:19, Mark 16:15 NIV).
